Chocolate Protein Overnight Oats
Servings: 1 | Prep time: 10 min, prepare the night before | Gluten-free
Per serving: 465 cal, 17 g fat (2 g sat), 48 g carbs, 8 g sugar, 450 mg sodium, 10 g fiber, 30 g protein.

     1 scoop RSP TrueFit Chocolate
     1 Tbsp unsweetened nut butter
     1/2 cup steel cut oats
     3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
     1/2 tsp vanilla extract
     1/2 banana
     1/2 tsp chia seeds
     1/2 tsp cacao nibs


  1. In a container with a lid add the Grass-Fed TrueFit, almond milk, oats and nut butter.
  2. Close lid and (optional) shake to mix.
  3. Place in refrigerator overnight.
  4. In the morning top with chia seeds, banana and cacao nibs. Grab a spoon and enjoy!
