Do you ship to international customers?
Products on the website are currently available to US residents only. If you live outside of the United States, contact us to see if RSP is available in stores near you. You may also choose to order from our product page on iHerb.com.
I have a product I am unsure if it's legitimate, who do I contact?
If you are questioning the authenticity of the product, please contact us. Along with your message, include the Lot Number (can be found underneath the product), Images of the product, and where the product was purchased (State/Country and Store Name).
Can I cancel my order I just placed?
Our team works very hard to ship your order as soon as possible. You may be eligible to cancel an order if it has not left our warehouse. Please contact us immediately with all necessary information such as order number, name and shipping address to assist.
How can I change the shipping address?

How do I create an account?
Accounts can be created two ways, when you order for the first time you will be asked if you would like to create an account while checking out. Or, if you prefer to register directly, simply go to www.rspnutrition.com and click on sign up or click on the link below (United States customers).
How to Track my order?
Once your order is processed you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. You may also find tracking information by going to www.rspnutrition.com, logging into your account and clicking on Orders. Once you click on the order in question you will find tracking information. If you have any trouble, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.
Orders placed before 12 pm Eastern Time usually ship within 1-2 business days. Any orders placed after 12pm Eastern Time will ship the following 1-2 business days. All orders are received within 4-5 business days of the ship date.
