Ingredients
- 1 cup fine ground almond flour
- 1 scoop TrueFit Vanilla
- 3 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp almond paste
- 2 tbsp agave
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 egg
- Frosting (optional)
- Stevia sweetened dark chocolate
- Stevia sweetened white chocolate
Directions
1. In a food processor, add in all dry ingredients and pulse once
2. Add the liquid and pulse until a dough is formed
3. Knead with your hands and then place in the refrigerator for 30 min
4. Roll out your dough and cut into your favorite cookie shape
5. Melt the chocolate and frost each cookie allowing it to dry before applying the white chocolate
