There's no better way to celebrate the holiday season than with some sweet treats! Holiday desserts are extremely popular this time of year, but they can be high in calories and have tons of sugar. If you're craving a holiday treat, just blend any one of these smoothies together! These seasonal protein smoothies will taste just like your favorite holiday dessert while still keeping you on track of your health and fitness goals.
Eggnog Protein Smoothie
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 scoop RSP Nutrition TrueFit Meal Replacement Powder in Vanilla
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie
- 1 cup canned pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie mix)
- 1 apple, peeled and cored
- 1 scoop RSP Nutrition TrueFit Meal Replacement Protein Powder in Cinnamon Churro
- 2 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1/2 tsp apple pie/pumpkin spice
- Dash of ground ginger
- Ice, as needed

Cinnamon Stick Protein Smoothie
- ½ frozen banana

- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- Dash of ground ginger

Chocolate Covered Cherry Protein Smoothie
- 2/3 cup frozen cherries
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 scoop RSP Nutrition TrueFit Meal Replacement Powder in Chocolate
