Ingredients
1 cup oat flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 large eggs or 2 chia eggs
1 1/2 scoop True Fit Vanilla protein powder
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (includes a mix of nutmeg, cloves, ginger, cinnamon)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 scoop True Fit Vanilla protein powder

1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (milk chocolate chips could work too)

Directions
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl except for chocolate chips. Add in egg, pumpkin puree to the same bowl and mix until wet and dry ingredients are incorporated. Add in chocolate chips. Set bowl aside while you preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly oil muffin tins or place muffin liners in your baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until a clean toothpick can be inserted and removed cleanly.
Let muffins cool on the counter. Then enjoy!
