TrueFit Cold Brew
- 12 oz water
- 1-2 scoops of coffee grounds for flavor/strength
- 1 serving of TrueFit flavor of choice
In a glass container, take 12 ounces of water and add 1-2 well rounded scoops of coffee grounds, depending on how strong you like your coffee. Mix the grounds and water well and let sit in the fridge overnight (if you are short on time, you can use your favorite coffee shop cold brew instead). Filter out the grounds from the water the next morning and you have fresh cold brew! Then add 1 scoop of your favorite TrueFit flavor and enjoy!
TrueFit Vanilla Frappe
- 1 1/4 cups ice cubes
- 3/4 cup of iced coffee
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon of stevia
- 1 scoop of TrueFit Vanilla
- whipped cream for garnish (optional)
In a blender, combine the ice, coffee, milk, and stevia in a blender and pulse/puree until your mixture is frothy and the ice is pulverized.
Pour into a tall glass or jar and serve with a straw. Optional: Top with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle.
TrueFit Churro Chai Latte

- 1/2 a scoop of Cinnamon Churro protein
- 1 chai tea bag
- 1 shot of espresso
- 1/2 cup Cashew milk (or nut milk of your choosing)
Heat up your cashew milk and steep the chai tea to extract the flavor. In a blender combine the cashew infused chai with the shot of espresso and TrueFit, pulse to create a foam and serve!
