The Genius Life by Max Lugavere


Max Lugavere is a New York Times bestselling author, TV personality, and nutrition expert who has written Genius Foods: Become Smarter, Happier, and More Productive While Protecting Your Brain for Life. With almost 500 episodes, this podcast has a topic for everyone to explore!

This is not your traditional health and wellness podcast, but hear us out: this podcast, originally a New York Times column, is wellness for the soul. That sounds cheesy, but the personal essays read on the podcast are real human stories, everything from grieving a loved one to the perils of online dating. This podcast covers mental health topics and the importance of interpersonal relationships--a very important topic in holistic wellness. 

Ten Percent Happier with Dan Harris


Dan Harris was an ABC news anchor that had a panic attack on air that caused him to turn to something he was always skeptical of: meditation. Turns out, it changed his life!
