DIRECTIONS:
As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop of BCAA 5000 Powder into 8-10 fl. oz. of cold water, between meals, 30–45 minutes before workouts, and/or immediately after workouts. Consume 1 serving 1–3 times daily.
