Anytime Exercises for Any (and Every) Body

Whether you are at home, on vacation, or away on a business trip, it can sometimes be difficult to exercise consistently. But, by using your own body weight, you have unlimited, ever-changing workout options. Using your own body effectively is crucial, because, if we cannot move our own bodyweight well, we’ll have trouble staying active in our daily lives.

Within any workout, it is important to move through three planes; the sagittal plane (forward and backwards), the frontal plane (moving side to side), and the transverse plane (rotational). In this bodyweight workout, you will be moving in all three planes. Plus, you can do these exercises anywhere. Remember, the gym is everywhere you are! Here are my five, favorite bodyweight exercises!

By performing bodyweight exercises correctly, you will not only learn helpful movements, but also begin to look and feel better. Once you have completed this workout a few times, try performing a few of the advanced options or increase the pace to make the workout more challenging. Keep up the motivation and continue to do your best!
