Yield: 12 bites
Ingredients:
● 1⁄2 cup (50g) Rolled Oats
● 1⁄2 cup (50g) Quick Cooking Oats
● 1 scoop (47g) TrueFit Protein Powder (flavor of your choice)
● 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
● 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
● 1⁄2 cup (135g) Peanut Butter
● 1⁄4 cup (84g) Honey
● 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine the rolled oats, quick cooking oats, TrueFit Protein
Powder, chia seeds, and hemp seeds.
2. Add the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla, and mix until fully combined.
3. Shape into 12 bites and drizzle with melted chocolate, if desired.
