Vegan Vanilla and Coffee Protein Smoothie
- 1/4 cup espresso
- 1 2/3 cup almond milk
- 2 scoops RSP Nutrition TrueFit Plant Protein Powder in Creamy Vanilla
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. flax seeds
- handful ice
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and mix until smooth.
Antioxidant Blueberry Protein Smoothie
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 1 scoop RSP Nutrition Truefit Meal Replacement Powder in Cinnamon Churro
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
Immunity Booster Protein Smoothie
- 2 large oranges, peeled
- 1.5-inch ginger, peeled
- 2 cups beet juice
- 4 tbsp. RSP Nutrition Truefit Grass Fed Whey Protein Powder in Vanilla
Peel and cut the oranges into pieces. Peel and finely chop the ginger.
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
Vegan Raspberry Protein Smoothie
- ½ ripe banana
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp. RSP NutritionTrueFit Plant Protein in Creamy Vanilla
- 1 tbsp. smooth almond butter
- handful ice cubes
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and mix until smooth.
