TrueFit Pumpkin Muffin

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup egg whites
  • 1 egg
  • 1 scoop Cinnamon Churro TrueFit 
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

    Directions

    Preheat your oven to 350F In a blender pulse the oats to create a flour, once ground to a fine powder add in all remaining ingredients and blend to combine.
    Grease your muffin tin and evenly distribute your muffin batter. Cook for 15-20 min or until a tooth pick comes out clean from the center of the muffin.
