Get ready for the fall season with this delicious high protein Vanilla Pumpkin Bread! This pumpkin bread recipe was made using our plant based protein powder TrueFit Plant.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 2/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 flax or chia eggs
  • 1 tbs coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 scoop of TrueFit Plant Creamy Vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

 

Directions:

1) Mix all your ingredients into a bowl

2) Transfer to a pan and bake at 375 Fahrenheit for 50-55 minutes

3) ENJOY!
