- 4 tbsp almond butter
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 scoop Vanilla TrueFit protein powder
- 2 tsp Vanilla Chai Matcha Bomb
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 2oz white chocolate for drizzle (optional)
In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients except white chocolate, until everything is evenly distributed and you get a dough-like consistency.
Scoop a small amount of the mixture and form into a ball with your hands.
Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for about a ½ hour.
Drizzle with melted white chocolate and put them back into the freezer until the chocolate has hardened (optional).
Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 1 week, and in the freezer for up to 3 weeks. If kept in the freezer, take them out 10-15 minutes before eating.
