I love this flavor. I don’t know if it gives me any extra energy, but it taste good and I mix it with my electrolytes and creatine.

My favorite product...taste delicious. Helps as a great pre-workout or mid day slump.

I drank 2 scoops at 8 am and was still WIRED at 11pm... didn�t sleep all night, heart racing etc. It made me feel really nauseous for two days. I haven�t tried it sense and won�t! Flavor was super sweet.

I took the recommended dosage & this product placed me in the hospital. I was using this product for 2 months & then, that happened. So, just be careful.

This doesn't work at all, I tried it three times so far and I didn't notice any changes, no power boost or something like thatI was even about to fall asleep while running this morning after an hour of taking this thing

I haven't taken a preworkout in years, so it's not that I'm just used to it, but I've had it twice now and feel absolutely no difference. The taste is fine and is comparable to other brands/flavors.

So I got sent the wrong stuff, I ordered the pre workout one, not the Recovery. I do love this brand and I feel like it works! Just disappointed that I didn�t get the right one.

Didn�t get to try it....I would�ve given it a better review had the safety seal not been broken when I received the product. What�s odd is the plastic seal to open the container was intact, product had seeped out, and the safety seal lifted ever so slightly once cap unscrewed. Would love to try it if I felt that what I received was safe to consume. Unfortunately, I am not allowed to replace this item. Money wasted.

The product itself is great, no itching or shaking, but man of man that taste is horrible. I got the fruit punch and it tastes nothing like fruit punch. TBH it tastes like Cherry Chapstick.

The flavor is really sweet. I was expecting it to be sweet but this is just hella hella sweet and I added more water. Gives my throat a dry after taste. It�s not full to the top just half of the container. As for energy , I somewhat feel it. But it definitely helps control my cravings. The price is decent but the flavor I just don�t like. I�ll probably choose a different one next time.

Taste fine but don�t notice any difference when I take it energy wise

In the past this product has been a great pre-workout supplement. I like the flavor and it gives me the energy I need. Overall, I like the product but these days the containers have been arriving only half way full. I ordered and it was delivered on Aril 25, 2022 and by May 7,2022 I was already out. This exact product in the past has lasted a month before I needed to replenish and I�m pretty consistent with how much I take. The company is definitely cutting back on the amount and charging the same price. Just be aware of this drawback.

I love the product and the ingredients to begin with, I got the fruit punch. Let�s just say it could taste better, the after taste is what bothers me. But other than those few things it�s a great product overall.

It doesn�t taste the way it used to taste? What happened? It doesn�t taste good anymore. Maybe this last time I got a bad batch. We shall see what the next batch tastes like. If it�s not better, I may need to find a different product. I�m not a fan of the flavor this time..

All of my orders ave been great until this one. The color is brown and taste totally different from previous. The color has always been red and tasted great. This looks and tastes horrible. Ive been using this product for at least a year but this is disappointing and a waste of my money. NO REPLACEMENT AVAILABLE so it's going in the garbage. Scared to even use it.

The taste was not bad at all and it did give me energy. I can see why people say this tastes like plastic a bit but it did not bother me. Unfortunately, about the third day taking this my bottom lip was extremely swollen when I woke up in the morning. I thought hmm weird, and it went down. I took the drink that same day and it got WORSE. I do not know if its just the ingredients rubbing me the wrong way but at the moment I am trying to figure out if I am allergic to anything or I just over did it with the citric acid since it does contain that. My taste buds are also extremely swollen as if I drank something or ate something hot! This is the only thing I changed of my daily routine so waiting for this to go down.

While I bought the Fruit Punch Amino Lean for years because it was the best tasting daily pre workout I have ever had, the new formula absolutely crushed me. They changed the granules and now it has that same awful taste chalky pre workouts have. The customer service was great and sent me some old stock for free!! Still insisting the taste �shouldn�t have changed�. It�s a shame and the end of an era and will be looking for a different product

Directions say to put 2 scoops in 8-10 oz water. I put 1 scoop in 16.9 oz water and it's still too sweet, like crazy sweet. And I get jitters and anxiety from just the 1 scoop, even 20 minutes before a workout.

I have mixed feelings about this product. On one hand, I have grown to like the taste and have it as a sweet treat after dinner I look forward to. The fruit punch flavor is more bubble gum than fruit, but it is ok. And yeah, I have it after dinner-as in I sleep just fine after drinking it. I only use one scoop in a big mug of water, as the sucralose, which I hate as a sweetener and usually try to avoid, is overpowering. I haven't noticed any weight loss. I am trying to see this as a more healthy Crystal Light

Here's my honest review after a few weeks of use: I can not say that this tastes good, nor can I say it is gross. The flavor is good until the gross aftertaste hits. The aftertaste lasts long enough that I have to drink plain water to get rid of that taste. It's an artificial sweetener aftertaste, if you know what I mean. I just try to down it as quickly as possible so I don't have to taste it as much. As far as energy goes, it does not give me any, but neither does coffee. Yet, I am a person who use to drink the original Mountain Dew Amp (in the small can) for a boost so it could be that I'm jaded in the energy department. My hubby who gets energy from drinking tea says this product give him energy, so I guess this is subjective? The products dissolves well in water and I do not use a shake bottle. I just stir it in or shake it in a regular water bottle with a top. I guess my biggest issue with this product (and the reason it got 3 stars instead of 4) is that not only is the container is small, but it was only 3/4 full! For the amount I paid I expected more. Was a full container too much to ask? I got maybe $7-10 worth of product (if that much!). Due to the current performance of this product, I do not believe I will buy it again. I'm going to finish what I have and reevaluate after. I'm hoping the more I take it the better its results, but I'm doubtful.
