Protein Overnight Oats- 4 ways

To celebrate National Protein Day, we whipped up protein packed overnight oats, each using a different TrueFit favorite. 2 of these overnight oats were made with our plant protein powder, TrueFit Plant, while the other 2 were made using our grass fed whey TrueFit meal replacement powder!

These overnight oats are simple to make and are suited for every high performer— vegan, caffeine obsessed, keto, and low carb, low calorie!


Cinnamon Apple Overnight Oats

 

 


Ingredients:


● 1⁄2 (100g) medium apple (peeled and chopped)
● 1 tbsp maple syrup (Grade A)
● 1⁄4 tsp cinnamon
● 2⁄3 cup (60g) rolled oats
● 1 scoop (47g) Cinnamon Churro TrueFit Grass Fed Whey Protein Powder
● 1⁄4 tsp cinnamon
● 3⁄4 cup (170g) milk of choice
● 1 tbsp maple syrup (Grade A)


Directions:


1. In a small pot, combine the apple, maple syrup, and cinnamon, and heat over medium-high heat for about 1 minute or until the maple syrup starts to boil.

2. Once it begins boiling, turn the heat down to low-medium and simmer for about 5 minutes or until the apples have softened. Remove from heat and set aside.

3. In a small bowl, combine the rolled oats, Cinnamon Churro TrueFit Protein Powder, and cinnamon.

4. Add in the milk and maple syrup, and mix until fully combined.

5. Pour half of the oat mixture into an 8oz jar, then add 2⁄3 of the apples. Pour the rest of the oats on top and top with the remaining apples.

6. Place the top on the jar and refrigerate overnight.

 


Vanilla Cold Brew Overnight Oats

 


Ingredients:


● 2⁄3 cup (60g) rolled oats
● 1 scoop (42g) Cold Brew TrueFit Protein Powder
● 3⁄4 cup (170g) milk of choice
● 1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract


Directions:


1. In a small bowl, combine the rolled oats and Cold Brew TrueFit Protein Powder.
2. Add in the milk and vanilla, and mix until fully combined.
3. Pour the oat mixture into an 8oz jar and top with nuts and/or chocolate.
4. Place the top on the jar and refrigerate overnight.



Vanilla Berry Chia Overnight Oats

 


Ingredients:


● 2⁄3 cup (60g) rolled oats
● 1 scoop (42g) Vanilla TrueFit Plant Protein Powder
● 1 1⁄2 tsp chia seeds
● 3⁄4 cup (170g) milk of choice
● 1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
● 1⁄2 cup berries


Directions:


1. In a small bowl, combine the rolled oats, Vanilla Plant Protein Powder, and chia seeds.
2. Add in the milk and vanilla, and mix until fully combined.
3. Pour half of the oat mixture into an 8oz jar, then add berries. Pour the rest of the oats on top and top with more berries.
4. Place the top on the jar and refrigerate overnight.

 


Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

 


Ingredients:


● 2⁄3 cup (60g) rolled oats
● 1 scoop (41g) Salted Chocolate TrueFit Plant Protein Powder
● 1 tbsp cocoa powder
● 3⁄4 cup (170g) milk of choice
● 1 tbsp (20g) honey
● 2 tbsp peanut butter


Directions:


1. In a small bowl, combine the rolled oats, Salted Chocolate Plant Protein Powder, and cocoa powder.
2. Add in the milk and honey, and mix until fully combined.
3. Spread 1 tbsp of peanut butter along the inside of an 8oz jar.
4. Pour the oat mixture into the jar and top with the other tbsp of peanut butter and chocolate chips.
5. Place the top on the jar and refrigerate overnight.
