3 Simple Calorie Burning Movements

Many of us are traveling, busy or may just be losing the motivation to maintain our workout routine. To help you stay on track during busy times of the year, I chose 3 movement exercises that you can perform just about anytime or anywhere -- whether you're traveling, at the office, taking a break from cooking, or wrapping gifts. These exercises burn the most amount of calories if you’re short on time and need a quick workout. All you will need to perform these exercises is your own body weight. 

Here’s how to maximize these exercises to burn the most calories:

By performing these exercises in a HIIT (high intensity interval training) circuit, you will maximize the calories burned. You will complete each exercise for 40 seconds with 20 seconds rest before moving onto the next exercise. After you complete the last exercise, you will start the circuit from the beginning to complete a total of 3-5 rounds.
