AvoCollagen Pecan Date Bites

Ingredients

2 cups dates
2 cups pecans
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp of vanilla
2-4 tbsp orange juice
1 scoop of @rspnutrition AvoCollagen Vanilla 

 

Directions

Pulse/blend all ingredients until crumbly. Shape into balls and place right into your mouth! (…or on a sheet/ bowl, but basically…they’re ready).
