Mix 1-2 scoops into hot or cold water (depending on your preference), smoothies or lattes throughout the day. For traditional matcha preparation, sift 1 scoop into a bowl or cup then add 3 oz of hot water, mix until smooth and add more hot water to taste. Also enjoy in baked goods and other recipes.
